Organization and deal access
YieldShare is designed around tenant and role boundaries. A participating organization controls its membership and opportunity access. Issuers and authorized operators control deal materials and transaction workflows. Some information may be visible to other authorized participants as part of a requested workflow.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including scoped authorization, protected document delivery, and audit logging. No system is completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, preserve transaction and audit records, comply with law, and resolve disputes.
